GSCAThis Saturday, June 9th, there are a number of activities planned at the GSCA Administration centre (237897 Inglis Falls Road, map here) including bird an reptile demonstrations and an arboretum tour.

If you ask me the most exciting part of this event will be the Inglis Falls Water Filtration Plant tour. Built in 1910 the Filtration Plant is a series of man made caverns designed to filter water for Owen Sound residents. The tour runs from 11:oo am to 3:00pm.

An event poster with some more details can be found on the GSCA website.
