Exhibit of Art Inspired By the Farmers’ Market

June 26, 2007

Farmers' Market LogoAlong with all the amazing Canada Day events that we listed yesterday, we would also like to make you aware of a unique exhibition of original local art going on from Friday June 29th to Tuesday July 2nd at Mudtown Pottery. The Owen Sound Farmers’ Market has been accepting submissions of local art for their 2008 fundraising calendar project. Artists were asked to produce works of any medium formatted to fit a horizontal 11 x 8 1/2 inch page. The creations will be up for sale at the Mudtown exhibition. For those interested in supporting this project by submitting a creation you have but one precious day left, and your submission must be brought to Mudtown pottery after 12 noon and before 5 p.m. on Wednesday June 27th.
