Yes you heard right, we are now stocking Brian Moniz’s thunderously successful locally produced CD, “Outlaws & Underdogs”, at our downtown headquarters located at 916 2nd Ave East. At $15 the CD is a steal, but in this case we’ll let you walk out of the office despite your shoplifting guilt.

This local CD is just the first of many that theOwen.com will be selling. The intention is that we will soon be stocking many many local CDs and works of art in the downtown office, making ourselves a mecca for those who prefer to purchase locally produced creative projects. In conjunction with this effort might I remind you that we already have a significant amount of local content loaded onto our media player, including two tracks from “Outlaws & Underdogs”. Check out these tracks and our amazing local musician profiles. You’ll find that we have provided profiles for some of the many acts that are going to be playing at the upcoming series of Homecoming concerts at the Meet & Greet tent down at the Bayshore Community Centre. Speaking of which, Brian Moniz will be playing July 29th at the Meet & Greet tent along with local superstars, Tanglefoot. For more information visit the city’s website.
