Christy’s StageDoor presents “Hear My Song”

Christy Taylor’s final performance in Owen Sound is fast approaching. The local theatre professional has been performing, directing, and teaching music theatre in Owen Sound for years. However, with her moving to Toronto in the fall, next week’s Christy’s StageDoor production at the
Gray Granite Club will be her last in Owen Sound.

The show is the result of an annual class run by Christy. Starting in early February, each member of the class is given a single song to work on, all of which are combined to create the show performed next week. The songs featured are of all types, from comedies to love ballads, and the performers themselves of all ages.

The show runs June 5 and 6 at the Gray Granite Club, starting at 7:30. Tickets are $15, and are available at the door or by calling 519-371-6077.
