The following is from the email he received.

Hello!

Can you please tell me who would be the best contact for me to network and idea with. I am an Australian woman (artist) who would like to live in Owen Sound for 12 months as a HOUSESITTER. I have attached a document that will explain further

Australian woman, retired professional, artist looking to live in Canada for 12 months in 2010, is available to “house sit”. Pet friendly. Prefer being close to amenities and water views is the ultimate dream. Police Clearance on request
