Almost everybody has access to a computer and the internet… with the world at our fingertips, sometimes we find local news or a local connection in unusual spots…

For example, did you know you could find Wiarton Willie in Toronto?

Well, we did have a really long winter and spring hasn’t been with us long, left for a while and came back even! However, it’s getting closer to the time of year that hummingbirds are back for the season. You can keep track of them here.

With the sun out and all the spring bulbs starting to make their appearance as beautiful spring flowers, we can anticipate the gardening season that soon will be upon us. We can even find local gardens online, perhaps not where you expected! Check here for a local garden story.

It’s interesting that you can always find a link home whether or not you’re in the comfort of your own home or out and about somewhere in the world.
