Really, there’s more?

You bet! We are seriously hard at work around here, collecting local info, events details and music listings. We’re working on the first in our series of local maps. There has been lots of meetings with engaged local residents interested in what theOwen has to offer and we are planning out a programming schedule for some of the audio and video content we would like to produce in the coming months.

So we’ve been really consumed as of late trying to work out the details on what would make the best local web resource we can for Owen Sound and the Grey Bruce area.

Now on to the important part… we can sit around all day and think up things that we suppose you will like but that doesn’t really reflect the two way nature of the site. The fundamental idea behind this project is to facilitate a new kind of discussion in our community. So with that in mind…
